I’m a creative obsessed with creativity and storytelling.

I’ve been an art director at an agency, shaped the brand and tone of voice for Zé Delivery, managed social media, and later helped cook up ideas to boost orders in different regions of Brazil. I’ve had personal projects featured on Globo, GloboNews, and Band, and even made headlines in a Northeastern newspaper. Oh, and I founded a company that pulled off two major rebranding projects and handled social media management for three brands.

I’ve won an ESPM creative marathon, got a shoutout from Gilberto Dimenstein on CBN, and—probably my proudest achievement—helped someone get off the streets through one of my yearly social projects. Speaking of which, I once turned an Airbnb into a charity, where every booking funded blankets and winter clothes for the homeless. And, in an ambitious move, I tried to take 120 kids to Disney after they were denied entry to a Mickey Mouse exhibition at a luxury mall in São Paulo.

I’ve helped win a global pitch for Motorola, and once, with just a single dark post, I managed to wipe out a product’s stock within a week of launch.

I’ve written a book and a song for my daughter—and have plenty more lyrics and stories stored away, because that’s just who I am.

After countless twists and turns in the industry, I’m now a copywriter. Well, actually, as my friend and mentor Marcio Fritzen puts it, I’m more of a one-man band. But for now, my focus is all on writing.

The only thing missing? Advertising awards. But if I’ve already fought this hard to pull off all these things, you can bet I won’t stop until I get a few of those, too.

Achievements:

  • Winner of the creative hackathon featuring creative teams from São Paulo’s top agencies, organized by the former AOL. Award: All-expenses-paid trip to SXSW. (2016)

  • Received national recognition through the personal project #ObrigadoSP, featured on Brazil’s leading news portals and even mentioned by Gilberto Dimenstein. (2014)

  • Gained widespread media attention once again with a personal project aimed at taking 120 children to Disney. (2017)

  • Winner of the ESPM Creative Marathon award, judged by the creative leadership of Leo Burnett. (2012)

  • Invited to give a presentation to the global DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) team, showcasing the Zé Delivery brand-building and relevance strategy. (2020)

  • Thanks to a new tone of voice and social media strategy, Zé Delivery became a benchmark for brands like XP and Nestlé. (2021)

  • Invited to join an Opinion Box live session to discuss the Zé Delivery brand-building and social media relevance case study. (2021)
